Position summary:
NV Central FP&A team member to support financial management, management reporting and planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Support management reporting includes preparing monthly reports on financials to be distributed to business, APAC and division based on local and US GAAP;
Support budgeting and forecasting processes include consolidating divisional budget, quarterly projections and Strat Plan with in-depth predictive analysis and comments; monitor budget and projections with timely commentaries of variances and related corrective actions; provide insightful analytics and modeling that support decision-making and business success.
Maintain relationship across APAC/Division finance and business as a business catalyst to drive performance; prepare project CER/BCFM and other modeling and analysis upon request.
Improve efficiency of central reporting including management reporting, business modelling as well as planning, budgeting and forecasting; maintain system related inputs and updates incl. Hubble, JDE and Hyperion, etc.;
Serve as back-up to other FP&A related roles and tasks;
Education & Experience:
Degree holder in Finance or Accounting.
Qualified CPA or equivalent.
Demonstrable Accounting and Analytical experience over a course of 3 or 4 years with clear progression in terms of responsibilities and scope of roles, particularly management accounting skills.
US GAAP, SOX 404 experience preferred.
Strong skills in MS Office suite of products and knowledgeable in major accounting/financial applications and systems (such as HFM, JDE or other ERP system).

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
