What You'll Do
Provides nursing services to employees or persons who become ill or suffer an accident. Coordinates, administers, and provides employee-related health and wellness programs. Manages initial medical care, medical screening and health education. Assesses internal client needs, tracks issues for problem patterns, resolves employee questions or issues, implements and supports total health projects. Manages vendor relationships and negotiates contracts. Ensures compliance with company and government requirements. Demonstrates understanding of other employee health/safety functions. This position requires an RN degree. General application of concepts and principals to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of a moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
