Position: You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. This role involves working closely with the nursing leadership team to identify training needs, develop curricula, and deliver training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for nursing staff, including orientation programs for new hires, continuing education, and specialty training.
  • Assess the training needs of nursing staff through surveys, interviews, and performance assessments.
  • Design and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional methods, such as lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and e-learning.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure training programs align with hospital policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in nursing practice and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; Master’s degree and MBA are strongly preferred.
  • Valid license to practice nursing in Maharashtra.
  • At least 4 years in a nurse training or educational role.
