What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, KPIs and ROI and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations

  • Partner with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure strong alignment, effective execution, and measurable business impact

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field or equivalent practical experience

  • Significant experience in marketing with a proven track record or developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

  • Strong understanding of brand, performance and customer engagement marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, influence cross functional partners and drive results in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent analytical , communication and problem - solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience leading cosmetic marketing initiatives in global or multi-market environments

  • Background in beauty, wellness, consumer goods

  • Strong business communication skills in English and experience collaborating with global teams
