What you will do
Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for the design, testing, validation, qualification, and production of new signal chain products
Stay up to date with manufacturing flows and capabilities available in-house and external sub-cons to decide project strategy
Define project scope, resources, timelines, budget, and deliverables
Work with internal and external(sub-cons) stakeholders/functional leaders worldwide and own all aspects of the project lifecycle.
Drive project execution and ensure delivery against agreed specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement mitigation actions where necessary, share the progress reports with the stakeholders
Oversee the product family pipeline and ensure alignment across multiple development projects.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learnt and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.
What you will need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of Project Management experience within an international matrix organization.
Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to Assembly and Test facility to facilitate resolving issues
