Role Overview: Leads the Product Technical Excellence (PTE) function, serving as the technical authority across NPI and product lifecycle. Owns design robustness, manufacturability, and performance while driving DFx-led engineering excellence and seamless product industrialization through strong cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities:
Disciplinary leads a team of >10 product technical experts, responsible driving vision, mission & strategy of PTE
Act as the technical authority for NPI, ensuring robust product design, performance, and manufacturability.
Drive early design alignment and embed DFx principles (DFM, DFA, DFT, etc.) to optimize cost, quality, and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to enable smooth product industrialization.
Assess technical feasibility, risks, and readiness, implementing mitigation strategies across the NPI lifecycle.
Lead technical problem-solving and root cause analysis during NPI & series production.
Ensure accurate technical documentation and compliance with standards (IP, ISO, safety, regulatory).
Maximize team capability through technical guidance, coaching, and continuous improvement.
Support cost and performance optimization through design and process decisions.
Leverage engineering tools and technologies to accelerate development and commercialization.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Industrial, or related discipline)
Strong academic grounding in product design, manufacturing processes, systems engineering, and reliability engineering.
7-10 years of progressive experience in product development, R&D, or engineering within high-technology or industrial environments.
Significant hands-on experience leading or contributing to end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through industrialization and volume production.
Proven track record acting as a technical authority for product design, manufacturability, and performance.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
