Job Description:RF Product Engineering Support
- Support & Lead RF semiconductor product engineering activities throughout NPI to production stages
- Analyze electrical test data, yield performance, pareto trends, and reliability results
- Support failure analysis, debug activities, and engineering investigations
- Work closely with test engineering, wafer fab, assembly, and reliability teams
- Monitor product health and manufacturing performance
- Support engineering qualification and production ramp activities
- Participate in customer issue investigation and resolution activities
Automation Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven solutions to improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency
- Build automation tools for engineering data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Develop predictive analytics models for yield improvement, excursion detection, or capacity planning
- Utilize AI technologies for defect pattern analysis and intelligent data visualization
- Develop internal AI chatbot or knowledge assistant systems for engineering teams
- Integrate AI solutions with existing databases, dashboards, and engineering systems
