The NPI engineer will be responsible for the configuration control of INFINIDAT products, and all aspects of NPI processes.
Responsibilities- Building and managing Production files: BOMs, Product documentation, working instructions, and drawings.
- Transfer to Production of new products – Full NPI processes.
- Conducting and implementing product changes (ECOs, deviations) and configuration control, managing product lifecycle E2E.
- Ongoing technical support at FTK sub-contractor's production line sites (IL and US) with existing and new products, an initiative for production line continuous improvement.
- Support operations engineering and quality processes such as root causes analysis, CAPA, etc.
- Lead the company certifications and compliance maintenance -International and sustainability.
- Work closely with various departments in the company to define manufacturing procedures.
- B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
- 3 years of NPI experience.
- Hands-on experience with PLM - Product BOM, Change Control Management, and Product Configuration.
- Experience with SolidWorks – an advantage
- Technical experience with HW components including writing working instructions and part replacement procedures - mandatory
- Independent, assertive, and proactive approach – being able to own a task and deep dive into the relevant details surrounding it, leading projects/tasks E2E
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a real team player.
- Multitasking skills to be able to work on multiple tasks in parallel.
- Fluent in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
- Microsoft Office tools - Excellent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools.
