Reporting to the Engineering Manager you as a NPI Engineer will be responsible to designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes design recommendations to fulfill requirements. Assesses results for applicability, validity, and conformance with design specifications. Performs moderate design and skilled technical tasks.

Designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates options and makes design recommendations for product development or enhancement.

Develop manufacturing systems that meet the quality and capacity required by the client, maintaining and establishing operating methods and work standards.

Provide engineering services by implementing standardization (Maintenance Plans, technical training, problem analysis and solution, capacity improvement, technology improvement, training manuals) and develop continuous improvement strategies.

Support for production lines
-
• Preparation of documents that facilitate the product production procedure (Process chart, visual aids, work instructions, operating manuals).
-
• Analyze and solve process defects.
-
Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests and evaluates results.
-
Prepares reports and technical specifications.
-
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards requirements.

About you:

Bachelor or university degree in Engineering.

English Fluency 90%
-
Two to five years of experience.

Knowledge of engineering practices.

Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.

Advanced knowledge in MS Office/ Autocad.

Strong analytical skills.

Strong communication skills.
-
High attention to detail.

Knowledge of line balancing, standard work, material flows Knowledge of core tools (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA)

Project management and administration.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, basic knowledge of the Six Sigma methodology.
