Confirmation Representative
As a Confirmation Representative, your primary responsibility will be to confirm upcoming arrival dates for guests traveling on marketing getaways while providing world-class guest service and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who can effectively communicate with guests, verify eligibility requirements, and help drive guest arrivals.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM. Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities
· Place outbound calls to guests prior to arrival to confirm reservations and verify eligibility.
· Receive inbound calls from guests wishing to confirm reservations.
· Reserve, cancel, and reschedule reservations as needed.
· Resolve guest concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
· Promote and sell vacation enhancements such as room upgrades, extra nights, attraction tickets, and other available offers.
· Help increase show rates while reducing reservation disqualifications.
Reservations Representative
As a Reservations Representative, you will assist guests with hotel reservations and ensure their needs are met throughout the reservation process. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hospitality, customer service, and creating positive guest experiences.
Schedule- Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM. Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls and assist guests with making hotel reservations.
· Provide information regarding room types, rates, availability, and resort amenities.
· Process reservations accurately and efficiently.
· Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and services.
· Assist with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
