Norwegian Speaking VIP Manager

At Rhino Entertainment, we are looking for a Norwegian Speaking VIP Manager who will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled VIP experience to our esteemed players.

As the VIP Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our top-tier customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalised assistance, tailored promotions, and exclusive rewards.

What your role will look like:

• Manage a portfolio of high-value players, understanding their preferences and needs, alongside developing them from being simply customers to becoming brand advocates
• Proactively engage with VIP players through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails and WhatsApp
• Build long-lasting relationships with players by providing personalised support and addressing any concerns or issues they may have
• Monitor player activity and identify opportunities to enhance their gaming experience
• Collaborate with internal departments such as payments, operations, marketing, and CRM to ensure the best possible experience at the player level, including targeted campaigns for VIP players
• Collecting and analysing information and data on customer segments and suggesting changes for optimization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure we are offering the best VIP experience in the market
• Potentially plan and execute VIP events in line with company strategy and budget, delivering exceptional player experiences that drive engagement and retention

Qualities we are looking for:

• Fluent in English and Norwegian both written and verbal communication
• Previous experience in a similar role within the online casino industry is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with high-value players
• Team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ability to generate analyses and reports
