Execute accounting processes including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, reconciliations, supplier invoice processing, payment support, tax processes, intercompany recharges, and month- and year-end close activities. Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. The role requires strong Excel and accounting software skills, analytical ability, accuracy, organization, and effective communication.

Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and manages commercial agreements throughout their lifecycle. Advises stakeholders on contractual risk, obligations, and commercial terms; monitors legal and regulatory changes; supports disputes, player claims, and litigation; and provides independent legal guidance to commercial and operational teams. The role requires a qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience and commercial contracts expertise, with gaming, intellectual property, or privacy experience beneficial.

Manage a portfolio of high-value Norwegian-speaking players, deliver personalised support and promotions, build long-term relationships, monitor activity for engagement opportunities, coordinate with payments/operations/marketing/CRM, analyze customer data to optimize VIP programs, and plan VIP events to drive retention.
