This is a fixed-term role covering parental leave for approximately 12 months from employment October 2026 to October 2027
You will receive a structured handover and ongoing support to ensure continuity across regional initiatives. While this is fixed term, you will gain broad exposure across our partner network, and there may be opportunities to explore future roles within GN, depending on business needs.
The team you will be part of
At our local office in Oslo, Norway, you will be part of the Sales team and report to Sales Manager, Norway, Espen Devig Andreassen.
We work as one team, with a collaborative, customer-centered approach and a focus on quality outcomes.
As part of our GN Hearing division, you will work exclusively with our ReSound brand together with public and private audiologists, ENT specialists, and clinics across the southern part of Norway to support our customers and expand our presence.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Present and sell GN ReSound products and services to existing and new customers; ensure delivery on budget and sales targets.
Build and maintain solid, positive customer relationships; prioritize customers, opportunities, and activities.
Create sales presentations and supporting materials.
Plan and execute larger customer events with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care.
Conduct needs assessments and value-based conversations; expand our customer base and attract new points of sale (POS).
Support translations (e.g., marketing materials, customer communications, presentations).
To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:
Have education as an audiologist and practical experience from hearing care or audiology clinics.
Bring customer and relationship orientation; are proficient in Norwegian and English; communicate clearly with clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Work in a structured, proactive, and accountable way; take initiative and follow through.
Translate insights and data into meaningful customer conversations; show interest in hearing technologies and a willingness to learn.
Hold a driver’s license; expect planned and coordinated travel across Norway; comfortable in a hybrid setup (Oslo office + field).
