About the role 

As the Technology Development Leader, Northern Europe, you will:

- Drive the strategy, delivery, and modernization of technology platforms across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia.

- Partner with business units to align technology with commercial goals and deliver innovative solutions for rapid regional growth.

- Lead the modernization of platforms, streamline processes, and foster efficiency in delivery.

Manage a significant technology portfolio, including strategy, budget, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Technology Delivery: Oversee end-to-end technology functions for Northern Europe.
• Strategic Leadership: Define modernization strategies, manage risks, and ensure seamless platform upgrades without business disruption.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the link between the tech teams and business leaders, ensuring clarity and alignment on goals.
• Budget & Governance: Manage the domain budget, improve efficiency, and deliver within timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish KPIs, SLAs, and drive measurable improvements.
• Team Development: Mentor teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of proven leadership in delivering complex, multi-country technology programs.
• Strong technical background, particularly with cloud platforms, microservices, and agile delivery practices.
• Exceptional project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English language.
