Summary:
The North America Supply Chain Director is responsible for leading end to end supply chain operations across the region, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and scalable growth. This role oversees planning, logistics, distribution, order to cash operations, and customer service teams, ensuring that service, cost, quality, and inventory objectives are met.

What a typical day looks like:
Supply Chain Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end North America supply chain operations, including demand planning, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and S&OP/IBP execution.
- Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies that improve service levels, reduce cost, optimize inventory, and support growth.
- Oversee 3PL and transportation partners; drive KPIs related to on‑time delivery, freight cost, warehouse performance, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure supply chain resilience through risk mitigation planning, capacity modeling, and scenario analysis.
Customer Service & Order-to-Cash
- Lead Customer Service organization responsible for order management, issue resolution, returns, credits, and escalations.
- Build a customer‑centric culture focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Own KPIs related to order fill rate, perfect order performance, customer satisfaction, case cycle time, and O2C efficiency.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to streamline the order-to-cash process.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the key supply chain point of contact for teams across North America.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and finance to ensure fully integrated planning and execution.
- Facilitate a robust regional S&OP/IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial targets.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools to improve processes, eliminate waste, and enhance visibility.
- Champion initiatives that modernize systems, including planning tools, WMS/TMS, and customer-facing platforms.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and best practice adoption across the region, and ensure adherence to global Supply Chain Operating standards.
People Leadership
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing supply chain and customer service team.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and succession planning to support organization growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain with at least 5 years leading teams in a regional or multi-site environment.
- Strong experience in S&OP/IBP, demand planning, logistics, and 3PL management.
- Proven track record of improving service levels, reducing supply chain costs, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing customer service teams.
Preferred
- Master’s degree (MBA or Supply Chain discipline).
- Industry experience in CPG, manufacturing, pharma, consumer electronics, etc.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, M3, or similar systems.
- Lean Six Sigma certification.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
