Summary of the position:
The North America Oil-Free Sales Leader must be a dynamic, results-driven individual committed to customer engagement and team member development. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in the field of compressed air systems, particularly oil-free technologies, along with strong leadership and project management skills.
The North America Oil Free Leader is responsible for executing comprehensive sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and providing innovative solutions to meet customer compressed air needs. Working with the Oil Free Sales Team, the Leader will develop short-term tactical and long-range strategic actions for achieving sales growth and specific account objectives.
This position may be in Chicago, Illinois; Michigan City, Indiana; or remote near a major airport.
Duties and responsibilities:

Oil Free Account Development / Management:

Identify, prioritize, and build strong relationships with key oil-free accounts and prospects in the compressed air industry.

Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to align with company goals.

Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Solution Selling:
-
Understand the unique requirements of key clients and tailor solutions to meet their compressed air needs.
-
Provide technical expertise and educate customers about the benefits of HGAP products and services.

Sales Team Leadership:
-
Mentor and coach, the sales team to ensure alignment with Oil Free sales goals.
-
Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in managing accounts and achieving overall sales targets.

Market Analysis and Reporting:
-
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
-
Provide reports and updates on the performance of Strategic Accounts to the Executive Committee.

Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
Professional experience:
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the compressed air industry, with a focus on oil-free technologies.

Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, with an emphasis on team building
-
Strong project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Proficient with MRP system(s) (SAP), Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop innovative sales strategies
