This role serves as a critical connector between Brand, Planning, and technical development teams (SW, Engineering, PFDI, PEPS, Tech, CX, UX, etc.), identifying synergies and removing roadblocks by acting as a boundary spanner. • Closely partner with Market Insights to conduct customer research that validates desirability, purchase influence, price sensitivity, and feature prioritization
  • Identify industry and competitive trends and translate consumer insights into clear, actionable feature concepts
  • Collaborate with Planning Functions to develop feature gap analyses that support key milestones and strategic discussions
  • Prepare concise, high-quality presentations that clearly communicate feature concepts (descriptions, functionality), customer benefits, supplier technology scouting, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to support recommendations
  • Validate SW and module governance plans and proactively advocate on behalf of Brands for specific feature needs
  • Contribute content to monthly published newsletters and the Feature Insights Report to educate stakeholders on customer needs, emerging trends and technology, and key new feature requests
