The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum.  ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents.

The ICG Rates sales team is responsible for covering institutional clients specifically for G10 Interest Rates product needs. The product offering spans Linear (European Government Bonds, US Treasuries, IR Swaps, X-Currency Swaps etc.) and Non-Linear (Options, Hybrids, Structured Notes etc.), as well as offering structured interest rate Solutions. The group works closely with Trading, Structuring & Research partners to deliver our Rates franchise to meet our client’s needs.
 

Responsibilities

  • Proactively driving sales coverage of Rates products to the Nordic institutional client base

  • Developing a deep understanding of the client base and their needs, and delivering the full suite of Rates products and solutions

  • Grow DBs market share with the client base

  • Partnering with Rates trading and structuring, as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product to drive product development and innovative solutions for our clients

  • Developing strong relationships with the client base to enhance our ability to cross-sell other Fixed Income products

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market

  • A strong sense of how macroeconomic developments impact our clients

  • Proven track record covering Nordic institutional clients

  • Deep knowledge across the Rates product suite

  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
