Verisure is seeking an experienced and passionate Public Affairs Manager to join our Nordic Cluster Legal and Public Affairs team. This is a critical, highimpact role with clear exposure internally and externally.

This role sits at the heart of one of Europe’s fastest-growing public companies — shaping how a #1 Nordic brand shows up to millions of customers, regulators, partners, and in the media. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can shape and execute a compelling public affairs agenda and narrative for the company. This is a newly created, strategic role reflecting the growing importance of public affairs in reinforcing our impact and presence in the Nordics and globally. The Public Affairs manager will lead and develop Verisure’s regulatory and government relations agenda in the Swedish market as well as contributing to the broader Public Affairs strategy across the Nordic region.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-growth, high-performing and profitable business with a clear mission: to protect what matters most. Verisure operates in a category with remarkably low market penetration, offering vast potential for expansion. Our growth is rapid, resilient, and highly profitable — powered by a recurring revenue model and deep, long-term customer relationships. What sets Verisure apart is the strength of our platform: a robust, scalable operating model and a high-performing culture rooted in purpose.

We’re growing fast, we’re doing it right — and we’re still just getting started.

About Verisure

We protect a portfolio of over 6.3 million customers across 18 countries. In 14 of our 18 geographies, we lead the category in terms of customers served and we continue to gain market share. We have a strong track record of profitable and resilient growth, primarily delivered organically by our codified and industrialised business model with high share of recurring revenues (about 90%) and industry leading retention.

Our mission is to give our customers peace of mind by protecting what matters most to them. We believe that everyone has the right to feel safe and secure.

For the year ended 31 December 2025, Verisure delivered another year of strong, profitable growth, generating €3.7 billion in Total Revenue, €1.7 billion in Adjusted EBITDA (46% margin) and €953 million in Adjusted EBIT (25% margin). For more information: www.verisure.com
