Key Responsibilities
- Drives enterprise supply chain programs to close capacity gaps, enable ramp readiness, and protect revenue delivery across fiscal horizons
- Translates complex supply chain issues into clear, data-driven executive insights and decision recommendations
- May leads or contribute with cross-functional task force execution across materials, capacity, supplier, and engineering workstreams with clear ownership and accountability
- Establishes and enforces program governance, including weekly cadence, executive reporting, and structured escalation pathways
- Defines KPI frameworks and reporting standards enabling consistent, executive-ready program visibility
- Owns centralized execution systems enabling real-time tracking, data visibility, and action management
- Prioritizes and drives execution of high-impact initiatives (e.g., capacity unlock projects, supply recovery plans, constraint removal)
- Leads capacity planning and supplier readiness, including constraint identification, mitigation planning, and supply-demand alignment
- Aligns engineering and supplier execution, including qualification workflows (SNF/F29), and readiness gating

- Expertise in supply chain, ramp readiness execution, capacity modeling, and with an understanding of the product release process
- Strong knowledge of supplier management, engineering qualification processes, and risk mitigation frameworks

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
