About This Role

We are looking for a candidate who will be working with the Growth team. The candidate will get an exposure to Customer Relationship Management, Data analysis and Campaign Management at one of the fastest growing startups in Singapore.

As a Non-Digital GTM Intern, your key objectives will be to:

  • Customer & Retailer Support: Assist the team in addressing and resolving challenges during the onboarding and sales processes for retailers and customers. Collaborate with internal technical and customer support teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Lead Generation: Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads to drive new business opportunities.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.
  • Daily Operational Support: Provide daily support by liaising with marketing, product, and customer support teams to address queries and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Marketing Calendar: Initiative Management: Maintain and oversee the marketing calendar, aligning it with key campaigns, events, and milestones. Assist in executing marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient coordination across teams. 
  • Campaign Performance Review: Act as the liaison between marketing and cross- functional teams to gather data and evaluate the success of campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in roadshow planning and provide on-site support during the events.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned based on business needs. 


Job Requirements:

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in managing customer information and processes. 

Proactive: Ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively address them to ensure customer satisfaction.

Analytical: Solid analytical skills for identifying patterns, understanding root causes, and proposing effective solutions.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to create a positive customer experience.
