UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks Nocturnist Physicians to join our growing Hospital Medicine team. Our competitive compensation and benefits package places us as your top choice in the region.
HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster, MA is a full-service, acute care hospital serving North Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. Located approximately 45 minutes from Boston and 25 minutes from Worcester, the hospital is part of the UMass Memorial Health System. The HealthAlliance system includes a 135-bed community hospital, regional cancer center, complementary care center, outpatient therapy services, and a home health and hospice agency.
Key Highlights
- Established Hospital Medicine program staffed by 15 physicians
- 7 on / 7 off nocturnist block schedule (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 15 shifts per month for full-time status
- Closed ICU staffed by dedicated Intensivist group
- No requirement for intubation or central line procedures
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine Residents as an Academic Hospitalist

Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Must hold an MD or DO degree
