We are looking for a Support Engineer with hands-on AWS and Linux experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to monitor, support, and optimize customer environments in a 24/7 setting.

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as NOC/Tech Support engineer or Junior DevOps
- Hands-on AWS cloud experience
- Confident Linux OS knowledge
- Network troubleshooting and configuration
- GIT and scripting skills with either Python or Bash
- Web applications architecture understanding
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Cloudwatch, etc.) and principles
- Upper-intermediate English language proficiency
- Great customer service and confident business communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
- Be innovative, learn new tools and best practices
- IaaC: CloudFormation, Terraform knowledge - advantage
- CI/CD: Jenkins, ArgoCD - advantage
- Containers orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) - advantage
