Your Next Career Opportunity – NOC Analyst II
Under general direction, this position is responsible for monitoring performance for the power energy portfolio in telecom sites 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and managing the critical maintenance under expected SLAs.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise a 24x7 Network Operation Center’s (NOC) shift operations and personnel; Assess and prioritize incidents quickly while under pressure.
- Analyze day-to-day NOC operations, escalations, ticketing, and communications with all customers. Responsible for the quality and integrity of the Incident Management process.
- Responsible by service restoration efforts with various service centers, vendors, suppliers and service providers.
- Responsible for managing outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis;
- Responsible for the efficient and effective restoration of different power systems for the various sites.
- Responsible to identify and capture impact and urgency.
- Subject to call 24 hours, 7 days a week, in turns with peers.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual in English/Portuguese preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications/Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution;
- and 3+ years of experience in the Telecom Industry, working with equipment (batteries, rectifiers, fibers, RFs, and others) and NOCs
