• Enter and update alphanumeric and numerical data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
• Verify and cross-check source documents to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Scan, index, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for efficient retrieval.
• Generate routine reports and extract data for supervisors and other departments.
• Respond to internal requests for information and assist with basic record searches.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and preparing documentation.

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common office software; experience with database systems is an asset.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail for data verification and proofreading.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
