Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into ServiceNow AI-based solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement features like:
- Virtual Agent
- Predictive Intelligence
- Now Assist
- Identify opportunities for process automation using AI
- Work on workflow optimization and process improvement
- Support implementation of Agentic AI solutions
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams
- Conduct user training and drive adoption of AI solutions
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
- Hands-on or functional knowledge of:
- Predictive Intelligence
- Virtual Agent
- Now Assist
- AI / Automation
- Good understanding of ITSM / ITOM processes
- Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, etc.)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Analytical thinking
