We are looking for Senior Project/Product Manager.
Required skills:
We offer: 100% remote work, flextime & flexplace, dev-friendly processes, long-term collaboration.
Freelance assignment: full-time, 8-months project (with possible prolongation), B2B contract OR internal hire (B2B/CoE).
Salary brackets: 120-140 pln/h.
- In-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 4 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
- Strong experience in product roles (Product Manager/Product Owner) with strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience in connecting product and business/tech teams.
- Hands-on approach: small team setup, high ownership, initiative-driven work style.
- Deep technical understanding: fluency in tech language, allowing smooth collaboration with development teams.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic, and uncertain environments (such as startup).
- Business-oriented mindset: aligning product initiatives with broader company goals.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, cultural alignment, and strong organizational habits.
- Ability to navigate organizational complexity and advocate for e-commerce priorities
- Understanding of clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with digital products.
- Prior experience in e-commerce.
- Willingness to scale into a global product setup over time.
- Mapping of operational processes.
- Understanding of the team’s operating model.
- Creating the roadmap, backlog management (Jira).
- Building relationships with the e-commerce team.
- Improving communication between tech and business.
