WHAT WE OFFER:

The NextGen (or new Lyreco e-commerce platform) marketing lead is responsible for ensuring creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials for the new Lyreco e-commerce and services platform.
For our new e-commerce platform, you will lead best practices, shared strategy and centrally led campaigns in relation to all types of marketing.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Content & communication:

  • Leading the creation of templates & content for the new Lyreco e-commerce and services platform (e.g. emails, social media, website, brochures, ...), following current industry best practice guidelines to use across all Lyreco countries

  • Collecting and organising marketing materials (images, text, video) in relation to the new Lyreco e-commerce and services platform. Provide consultation & training on the new Lyreco e-commerce platform, marketing best practices, and optimization efforts for all Lyreco countries.

This include creating and updating training materials:

  • Checking marketing materials for corporate identity and brand consistency

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain support and commitment for the new Lyreco e-commerce platform marketing stream

  • Co-define programme & platform roadmap

  • Identify conflicts between programme and platform priorities, identify options & impact and consolidate recommendations

Data & reporting :

  • Tracking and analysing marketing results (campaigns, email, social media, website).

  • Creating reports and dashboards to report on the business performance results of new Lyreco e-commerce platform

Operational & administrative support :

  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of new Lyreco e-commerce platform marketing campaigns

  • Coordinating deadlines and monitoring ongoing marketing projects

  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, and budget overviews. As well as managing renewals of marketing related contracts with external suppliers

  • Managing and updating Jira with relevant marketing tickets

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Master or equivalent by experience

  • Fluent English (verbal and written communication)

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing in a competitive digital sector with a proven track record in achieving results (within budget, scope & timing).

  • Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition

  • Thorough experience with website analysis tools (e.g. BI, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush, …)

    • Must have: experience with Power BI, GA, Google Search Console, Semrush

    • Nice to have: experience with LinkedIn, Meta, GTM

  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a clear commercial and customer-centric mindset.

  • Strategic and creative thinker, combining strong analytical abilities with a results-driven approach to drive sales performance and solve complex business challenges.

  • Demonstrated leadership and ownership, able to act pragmatically and deliver fast, high-quality and cost-effective solutions aligned with business priorities.
