This opportunity is designed to set you up for success, providing hands-on experience, world-class training, and the chance to work with some of the most renowned brands globally! At Kantar, your development is our priority, so upon completion of this programme and achieving key capability milestones, you'll be on track for a managerial position within just two years.

What this programme can offer you:

In this role, you'll jump straight into live projects from day one, gaining hands-on experience and directly engaging with clients from over half of the world’s most iconic brands. You'll follow formal training modules, rotating through a wide range of research approaches, including qualitative, quantitative, and data analytics, diversifying your skill set.

Along the way, you'll craft impactful marketing strategies, sharpen your client relationship management skills, and build a keen sense of commercial awareness, all while collaborating closely across dynamic teams. Plus, you'll harness cutting-edge data techniques and leverage the latest technology to deliver innovative solutions, empowering you to rapidly grow your skills and thrive in your career at Kantar!

As part of this programme, you'll be well-connected with peers across Europe and Africa, providing you with a network of fellow graduates to learn and grow alongside.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diving into live projects from day one, working hands-on with high-profile clients
  • Focusing on transformational initiatives and strategies
  • Attending design thinking workshops and engaging in leadership and management training
  • Creating powerful marketing strategies that fuel brand growth and drive success
  • Strengthening your client relationship management skills, building meaningful and impactful connections
  • Collaborating with passionate teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Leveraging advanced data techniques and cutting-edge technology to develop innovative, game-changing solutions

What we’re looking for:

A motivated self-starter with a degree or in their final year at university, available to start in September 2025. We are looking for somebody digitally driven, who is eager to develop their skills and grow their expertise. We’re looking for somebody with enthusiastic curiosity and a passion for creative problem solving, an interest in technology, data analysis, and a knack for analytical thinking.
