Increase the financial value of Business Development negotiations by executing the product portfolio development plan of the country implementing a proactive and strategic process to close negotiations that can give a distinctive fit in terms of portfolio complementation and value proposition to the company.
Role Responsibilities

Identify expansion opportunities, working closely with the assessment involving cross functional teams: Finance, Commercial, Mkt, Medical, Compliance, Business Excellence, RA, Supply, Legal, Quality

Implement a BD&L process aligned with the local requirements of the market.

Prepare very robust Business Cases to be submitted for key stakeholders to obtain local and above market approvals.

Secure effective transitions of the signed deals with the alliance manager through a robust communication of the model of the deal.

Lead a correct LCM of the product portfolio of the company through regional workshops and their periodic review to guarantee the correct portfolio strategic expansion of the core TA´s and new possible TA´S in the market.

Asses the new project´s from the regional teams and make strategic recommendations to the local market.
Basic Qualifications
-
Consolidated experience in Business Development Manager or related ones (Alliance Manager, Portfolio)

More than 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record on executing deals for in License projects in Mexico & other LATAM regions.

Very Strong Finance, Commercial and Business Intelligence knowledge acumen.

Negotiation skills.

English language required.
