Job Description:

Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements. A seasoned, experienced professional with complete understating of principals, concepts, practices and standards. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
