Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Be part of team responsible for Metrology system technology transfer from R&D to MFG . 
  • Support the development & manufacturability of multidisciplinary system for semiconductor metrology applications
  • Collaborate across functions (design, manufacturing, test, quality) to ensure seamless product launch
  • Manage work plans: Build process, Fixtures, Test plans, Training.  
  • Identify and mitigate production risks
  • Trouble-shoot system and subsystem related issues. Perform analysis to validate multidisciplinary system performance.
  • Provide design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product design engineers
  • Travel to vendors and customers. 15% Travel is required

Qualifications

  • BSC in Electrical / Mechanical (Optics) Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in working in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in NPI area.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary system development or manufacturing is a must.
  • Experience in Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
  • Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills.
  • Ability to influence functional groups to drive system level decisions.
  • Familiar with MATLAB, LabView, AI tools.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills
  • Fluent English and high presentations skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3-5 years
