Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Be part of team responsible for Metrology system technology transfer from R&D to MFG .
- Support the development & manufacturability of multidisciplinary system for semiconductor metrology applications
- Collaborate across functions (design, manufacturing, test, quality) to ensure seamless product launch
- Manage work plans: Build process, Fixtures, Test plans, Training.
- Identify and mitigate production risks
- Trouble-shoot system and subsystem related issues. Perform analysis to validate multidisciplinary system performance.
- Provide design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product design engineers
- Travel to vendors and customers. 15% Travel is required
Qualifications
- BSC in Electrical / Mechanical (Optics) Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience.
- Experience in working in manufacturing environment.
- Experience in NPI area.
- Experience with multidisciplinary system development or manufacturing is a must.
- Experience in Semiconductor industry is an advantage.
- Strong diagnostic and trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to influence functional groups to drive system level decisions.
- Familiar with MATLAB, LabView, AI tools.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills
- Fluent English and high presentations skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3-5 years
