NVIDIA has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. It’s a unique legacy of innovation that’s fueled by great technology—and amazing people. NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (New Product Enablement) to partner with IT and Ops teams to define needs and support system readiness for new products and new site launches. This role connects NPI, Manufacturing Operations, Planning/Procurement, Engineering, and Data/IT teams to ensure scalable product set-up and on-time execution from early NPI through mass production.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gather, define, and confirm business/process/data needs with stakeholders for IT and Ops system set-up (including SAP, SPNR, SERUS, etc.) and readiness for new products and site launches (e.g., LPU)
  • Define end-to-end data and system enablement for new products across the product hierarchy (Wafer, Chip, L6, L8, L10, L11) and partner with data teams to implement. Translate requirements into delivery-ready artifacts (process flows, data mapping, etc.) where relevant.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Procurement to design and develop new planning models (e.g., buy/sell) with IT; lead alignment on design tradeoffs to simplify solutions, increase flexibility, and improve execution.
  • Analyze and document requirements/impacts for new planning models (ex: buy/sell strategy), and coordinate alignment to simplify planning and improve execution
  • Partner with Industrial Engineering to understand end-to-end product set-up and manufacturing workflows
  • Partner with Product Engineering and Hardware Engineering to get early visibility to new product introductions and NPI/MP schedules for system enablement and data teams
  • Identify system/data enablement gaps (e.g., B2B inaccuracies) and partner with data/IT/relevant teams to drive resolution
  • Drive corrective actions - process changes, system enhancements, and governance - to make it easier for system and data enablement set up
  • Develop a list of activities needed for new product system and data enablement (ex: need P-codes of products at new site)
  • Partner with Test Engineering to enable testing parameters (ex: test time) in SERUS/IT systems

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, or equivalent experience; MBA a plus
  • 12+ years experience in NPI, manufacturing operations, supply chain systems, or enterprise systems in a complex HW environment
  • Experience in the semiconductor, hardware, and/or high-tech industry with a strong understanding of product lifecycles from NPI through mass production
  • Strong working knowledge across supply chain functions, including planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, and partner/external manufacturing execution models
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional requirements definition and testing/validation across Ops, IT, Data, Planning, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, and HW/Product Engineering

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands-on and technically deep: comfortable in the details, understands the “why” behind requirements and tradeoffs, and partners cross-functionally to drive clarity and decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and timelines
  • Proven ability to influence and align diverse partners to decisions and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive updates and daily execution
  • Strong problem-solving and process engineering approach with a bias for action and continuous improvement
