Currently, we are looking for a Senior New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager who will oversee and manage the operational aspects of medium-scale projects from initiation through implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management to ensure flawless project execution.
About the job:
Develop and maintain accurate project planning documentation for assigned projects, including timelines and resource allocation.
Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies while providing transparent reporting to stakeholders in line with project governance.
Communicate effectively across teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of issues.
Perform other project-related duties as required. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute in non-project-related activities as needed.
About You:
Completed technical degree or comparable education.
5+years of professional experience in project management.
Strong knowledge of PMO practices, tools, and methodologies.
Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong communication and Proven ability to build interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset
Strong resilience in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus but not required.
