Dermatouch is looking for a creative and research-driven NPD Executive to lead the development of innovative skincare and wellness products. The role involves market research, product conceptualization, coordination with third-party manufacturers, formulation development, packaging coordination, and product launch execution.
The ideal candidate should have experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or wellness product development with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Research skincare and wellness market trends, competitor products, and emerging ingredients
- Develop new product concepts aligned with brand strategy and consumer demand
- Coordinate with formulators, manufacturers, packaging vendors, and design teams
- Work on product formulation trials, sample approvals, and product testing
- Manage timelines from concept to commercial launch
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Coordinate for product claims, ingredient positioning, and packaging content
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams for successful product launches
- Maintain NPD documentation, costing, and product development trackers
- Source innovative ingredients, packaging ideas, and market opportunities
