What You’ll DoAs a Radiology Technologist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:
Verifying patient identity and preparing them for exams
Explaining procedures clearly to reduce anxiety and encourage cooperation
Performing radiologic exams with precision and safety
Using sterile techniques for invasive procedures
Responding swiftly to emergent patient situations
Documenting procedures thoroughly and accurately
Coordinating care and communicating with other providers
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Supporting and mentoring students and peers as needed
ARRT registration
Current Radiologic Technologist license in Utah
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire
IV certification
