As a business one of our key objectives is the continued growth and development of New Commercial Teams and commercial offering within our pillar. This role plays a key part in the launch, implementation and trading performance of new commercial teams. 

You will work closely with Key Stakeholders to ensure a strategic approach to commercial trading, some key areas of focus include lead generation, business development and personal growth of individuals.

About you:

  • Communication – Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Analytical Rigor – Eye for detail and ability to spot trends and performance of individuals and teams collectively
  • Operating Rhythm – Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Business Development – Passion for driving lead generation and working closely with individuals and the BDE to enhance brand awareness and organic growth
  • Innovative – Open minded and have an entrepreneurial mindset to come up with innovative ways of enhancing growth and development
  • Presentation Skills – Strong ability to provide regular performance updates and feedback to key Stakeholders within the business
  • Previous commercial experience not a requirement for the role, however previous experience in growth and development of individuals and organic growth would be preferrable.
