As a New College Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and integration of electrical systems used in semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment. This role provides hands-on experience in electrical design, power distribution, controls, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting while working alongside experienced engineers. You will apply engineering fundamentals, analytical problem-solving, and modern engineering tools to support the successful delivery of complex equipment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support electrical systems for semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment.
- Create and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and user documentation.
- Perform power distribution design, circuit analysis, component selection, testing, troubleshooting, and design validation activities.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, engineering change implementation, and multi-functional system integration efforts.
- Apply AI-Assisted tools and Generative AI solutions to support engineering documentation, technical analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement while maintaining engineering standards and appropriate human review.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of circuit analysis, power systems, and analog and digital electronics.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience Using AI tools or AI Assistants to support technical analysis, documentation, research, or engineering workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, academic project, or laboratory experience involving electrical system design or integration.
- Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar electrical CAD tools.
- Exposure to power distribution, instrumentation, controls, embedded systems, automation, or semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Experience participating in engineering design projects, FMEA activities, risk assessments, or design validation processes.
- Experience Applying AI, Artificial Intelligence, or Agentic AI solutions to support engineering analysis, fixing, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
