A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries and wake leads that may have fallen out of touch point or need a specific follow up action. This may include following up on leads from ad-hoc lead gen campaigns or other discrete lead sets that require a specific follow up strategy. These leads come from tradies that request more information about joining the hipages platform and you will communicate the key benefits of the web-based advertising that new customers will receive as a member of hipages.

You know you are successful when you are converting customers at or above the targeted rate for your role or the campaign, meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs, you’re able to use your expertise on the hipages product to leverage higher sales conversion rates and revenue.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s and sales targets (essential)

  • Making a high volume of outbound / inbound phone calls (essential) ie 150+ dials per day

  • Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients

  • Handling customers’ objections (essential)

  • Closing the sale and signing up new members

  • Developing and maintaining accurate product knowledge

  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met

  • Effective notes taking on all client interactions and input into CRM system

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a phone-based role taking or making a high volume of inbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working with sales targets and KPI’s.
