Our office base is in Milano and you can perform your work 60:40 remotely.
Your tasks
Ensuring successful project implementation ‘on time’ and ‘within budget’ for new installations and after-sales projects.
Coordination of project controlling, including cost monitoring, budget compliance and economic evaluation of project decisions.
Resource planning, capacity control and prioritisation in a dynamic project environment
Escalation management for internal and external challenges
Further development and optimisation of project management processes and interfaces
Active participation in the design and implementation of change processes within the organisation
Your profile
University degree or comparable education
Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the field of intralogistics or mechanical engineering
Basic project management skills and stakeholder management
Good methodological skills and proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, AutoCAD and Jira
Experience in the disciplinary management of a team
Very good communication skills in Italian and English at all hierarchical levels
