Overview:

Sentara Healthcare, an award winning, nationally recognized, non-profit, integrated healthcare system is expanding our neuroscience department. Be a part of Sentara Medical Group, an over 1,500 provider multispecialty group in beautiful Coastal Virginia!

Join our team of 8 neurosurgeons. We’re recruiting an experienced Neurosurgeon, focused on spinal surgery, for our program on the Virginia Peninsula at Sentara CarePlex Hospital, a 224 bed community hospital and Certified Primary Stroke Center in Hampton, VA! (Not a Trauma Center)

Neurosurgery call will be 6 times a month with APP support

Our system includes 12 hospitals, including a level 1 trauma center which is the site for Eastern Virginia Medical School, and was named #1 Hospital in Virginia!

Our experienced neurosurgery team includes fellowship training in Endovascular Neurosurgery, Functional Neurosurgery, Neuro Oncology and Minimally Invasive Spine Neurosurgery.
