Job Type: Full-time - Field role
Travel: ~30% (Bogotá, Tunja, Villavicencio)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to lead commercial execution in the Bogotá North territory, with additional coverage in Tunja and Villavicencio. This role is ideal for new‑to‑industry talent who brings strong learning agility, motivation, and a passion for building relationships in highly scientific and customer‑focused environments.

The position is responsible for driving performance of the Neuroscience portfolio by executing business strategies, identifying opportunities, and developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, always upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong, long‑term, trust‑based relationships with key healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.

  • Promote Janssen’s Neuroscience portfolio in an ethical, responsible, and compliant manner.

  • Execute territory business plans to achieve sales objectives and KPI targets.

  • Conduct in‑person and virtual customer interactions, scientific discussions, and product presentations.

  • Analyze territory performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access teams to implement local initiatives.

  • Participate in trainings, national meetings, and continuous learning programs.

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines.

  • Travel approximately 30% of the time across the territory (Bogotá, Tunja, Villavicencio).

Required Qualifications (Must‑Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

  • 0–3 years of professional experience (new‑to‑industry candidates encouraged to apply).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.

  • High learning agility and strong motivation to develop within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract insights.

  • Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.

  • English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications (Nice‑to‑Have)

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing, analytics, or internship roles.

  • Experience in commercial or customer‑facing roles in other industries.

  • Exposure to medical, scientific, or healthcare environments.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or performance dashboards.
