We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Neurologist to join a leading organization in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry. This role is an excellent opportunity for a medical professional with an interest in neurology and clinical research to contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative therapies for neurological disorders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic foundation in neurology, good clinical understanding, and an eagerness to work in a research-oriented environment. You will collaborate with clinical research, medical, and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of clinical studies while maintaining high standards of patient safety, medical accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Support the planning, execution, and medical oversight of clinical research studies related to neurology.
- Review and evaluate clinical data, patient medical information, laboratory results, and other study-related documentation.
- Provide medical and neurological expertise during clinical trial activities and assist in addressing medical queries.
- Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of adverse events and serious adverse events.
- Contribute to the review of clinical trial protocols, case report forms, medical reports, and other study documents.
- Assist with monitoring patient safety and ensure appropriate medical escalation of potential safety concerns.
- Collaborate with Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Research Scientists, Medical Affairs, Data Management, and other relevant teams.
- Participate in investigator meetings, study discussions, and medical review activities as required.
- Ensure clinical research activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on developments in neurology, clinical research methodologies, treatment guidelines, and emerging therapies.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to assigned clinical research activities.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Neurology.
- Sound understanding of neurological disorders, diagnosis, treatment approaches, and clinical assessment.
- Ability to interpret and evaluate clinical and medical information.
- Good understanding of clinical research and patient safety principles.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and research-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to medical accuracy and ethical standards.
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Medical qualification in MBBS/MD/DNB or equivalent, preferably with specialization or relevant training in Neurology.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge and a keen interest in clinical research may also be considered.
- Exposure to clinical trials, CROs, pharmacovigilance, or medical research will be an advantage.
