Summary:
The Blue Yonder Network Trading Partner Growth Intern will boost territory outreach and help convert as many ONE carriers and suppliers from non-paying to paying in 2025.
What you will do:
- Work with Solution Advisor on revenue generating campaigns
- Support one of Blue Yonders largest Grocery Retailer in supporting their global trading partners in joining the Blue Yonder Network
- Present Trading Partners with value metrics and KPI's on behalf of Retail Grocer
- Ensure Trading Partners are clearly communicated compliance goals of Retail Grocer
- Confirm Trading Partners join the Network and accept Terms and Conditions
- Be able to explain Terms and Conditions to Trading Partners
- Support Blue Yonder Network Trading Partner growth targets
- Be supported by a team of Industry experts, who will ensure content, scripts and guidance will be given to achieve goals and have fun growing the business.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field
- Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, & presentation skills
- Knowledge and/or experience with core planning and execution processes for Retail and Supply Chain a huge plus
- Strong communications skills with the ability to guide an audience using clear, concise communication techniques
- Effectively takes direction to achieve results. Seeks out constructive feedback to drive continuous professional growth.
- Ability to collaboratively work with other team members to achieve desired goals and objectives both internal and external
- Flexible team player with the desire to pursue personal and team improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that fosters change, creativity, and flexibility
