We’re looking for a Network Solution Architect to join us at Telia.
I’m Mindaugas Zlatarinskas, IT Solutions Manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a forward-thinking team focused on designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure.
What you’ll do:
This role is a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. You will:
Architect custom network solutions that align with customer business needs, considering future scalability and budget.
Oversee the deployment of network solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support for network project team during the time of your project implementation.
Present solutions in a way that’s clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition.
What will help you thrive in this role:
Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: traditional networking, data center networks, virtualization networks (e.g., VMware NSX), Kubernetes networks (e.g., OpenShift, Tanzu), or public cloud networks (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Business acumen: understanding how technical solutions impact business goals and ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences.

Monthly salary range for this position - 4200-6400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
