ABOUT THE POSITION

Head of Logistics at BURGA is more than just a title – it's a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that's taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where global expansion, new markets, and increasingly complex logistics operations will keep you sharp and excited.

Your Role: As a Head of Logistics, you’ll lead the team and continuously improve our end-to-end courier logistics operations. You'll own the strategy and execution behind our carrier network, customs compliance, shipping cost optimization, and logistics performance while building scalable processes that support our rapid growth. You'll ensure every shipment moves through our network efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively - creating a logistics function that's built not just for today, but for the next stage of BURGA's global journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Lead and develop BURGA’s global supply chain, inventory management, and logistics operations, including the day-to-day leadership of the team.
- Own relationships with international courier partners, customs brokers, suppliers, and other key supply chain partners.
- Oversee carrier and logistics invoice verification, ensuring pricing accuracy, cost control, and continuous identification of savings and efficiency opportunities.
- Drive carrier tenders, evaluate pricing structures, and continuously optimize shipping costs.
- Define, monitor, and improve logistics KPIs, ensuring high service quality across all courier partners.
- Own customs compliance across international markets, with particular focus on the US.
- Lead logistics improvement projects, including returns optimization, packaging improvements, courier integrations, and 3PL implementation.
- Build scalable logistics processes, documentation, and operational standards.
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Support, and external logistics providers to continuously improve customer delivery experience.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or international shipping.
- Previous experience leading logistics teams or managing cross-functional logistics operations.
- Strong expertise in customs procedures, import/export documentation, and international shipping regulations.
- Advanced analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience negotiating with logistics providers and evaluating carrier tenders.
- Proven track record of improving logistics processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across departments.
- Comfortable making data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.

SALARY:  6500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
