Let’s start with the role
A Network Reliability Engineer, as part of the Networks team, manages and maintains our company's network infrastructure. The Network Reliability Engineer will be in direct contact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/providers, architecture, product engineering & product management. Along with the team, our new member will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and implementing them.

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Network Reliability Engineer who will have the opportunity to implement new technologies & enhance the existing ones. Sharing ideas & evolving on a dynamic & diverse Cisco-based network environment spanning across ten countries and continuously expanding will be everyday life!
- Maintain network availability by proactively identifying and resolving issues that impair connectivity
- Operate and evolve our network monitoring stack — build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and observability tooling to ensure full visibility across the infrastructure
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate repetitive operational tasks, configuration management, and network provisioning
- Collaborate with Network Engineers to design and implement functional company networks, both on-prem and in Cloud environments
- Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution — contributing to postmortem documentation and preventive action items
- Manage ACL policies in the company's firewalls according to business needs
- Install and configure network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance trends, identify capacity constraints, and flag risks before they become incidents
- Manage the company's Wireless Network
- Create and implement network security measures
- Provide 2nd level support for VPN remote access
- Basic administration of the company's Telephony System (Cisco UCM)
- Deal with escalated network support issues
What you'll bring
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cisco-based network environments
- Solid experience with network monitoring tools (e.g, Zabbix, Grafana, or similar) — including alert configuration and dashboard creation
- Strong Ansible skills for network automation — writing and maintaining playbooks, roles, and inventories for Cisco environments
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewalls, and VPN technologies
- Familiarity with Python and Ansible scripting for network tasks (data parsing, API calls, automation support)
- Well-acquainted with Cisco network devices and appliances (Threat Defense, Nexus, Catalyst, IOS, ISE, ASA, Meraki etc.)
- Experience working with ITSM tools and following structured change/incident management processes
- Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment and quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with agility
Nice to Have
- CCNP or CCNA certification
- Experience with NetBox or similar IPAM/DCIM tools for network documentation and source of truth management
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (GCP, Azure)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for network-as-code workflows
