- Network Operations & Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and provision multi-vendor OTN/DWDM equipment to maintain performance and reliability across USA metro sites, datacenters, and cloud interconnects.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major OTN devices, such as Infinera/Nokia, Ciena, or ADVA/Adtran
- Knowledge of optical transport, system design, device delivery, and operations, including troubleshooting and incident management
- Experience participating in on-call schedules as an escalation point for service-related issues
- Experience working in a lights-out environment or interfacing with remote hands, vendors, and a globally distributed team
Desired Skills
- Expertise in provisioning of network device configurations for major OTN vendors and hardware.
- Solid experience in TCP, IPv4/6, and dynamic routing protocols such as BGP and IS-IS.
- Experience supporting large-scale green or brownfield architecture, designs, and deployments for global or national enterprise or Service Providers in backbone or data center network fabrics.
- Proven ability to lead operational excellence through best-practice change management, outage mitigation and blameless post-mortem processes.
- You have great interpersonal skills, deep technical ability, and a portfolio of successful execution. You are open-minded to discuss various technical approaches and able to drive consensus across various stakeholders at Client.
