OverviewWe are currently looking to recruit a Network Engineer to join our growing global team.As part of the Global Delivery team, you will be responsible for working on projects related to TNS financial services product offerings. Working closely with the broader delivery team, you will be responsible for add/move/changes to network configuration as well as documentation.
Being a part of the TNS FinTech division there will be opportunity to expand and further develop your knowledge and skills across a variety of TNS service and product offerings.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
- Manage and resolve assigned cases in a timely manner
- Support new and existing customers with their configuration add/move/change request
- Provide support to senior engineers on configuration preparation and deployment on complex projects
- Work with Project Managers for smooth service activation
- Work on all aspects of documentation for both internal and external usage
- 3+ years’ experience in a network operations environment supporting a global IP network
- Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Arista routers and switches
- Cisco IOS and JunOS experience and familiarity with TAC case management and escalation process
- Solid written and verbal skills
- Direct customer service experience required
- Flexibility around working hours in support of business requirements (may include bank holiday working etc)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- CCNA
- JNCIA
