Who we are looking for:
Job Summary
We are looking for a network engineer with Zscaler skills to join the corporate network team to support our global network infrastructure. You will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions, and other network devices and services. You will also provide technical assistance and guidance to our internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Zscaler ZPA and ZIA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Implement and maintain network policies, firewall rules, NATs, VPNs, and routing protocols.
- Perform network analysis and optimization, using tools such as Wireshark, Ping, Traceroute, and Zscaler Analytics.
- Collaborate with other network engineers and IT teams to resolve network issues and implement network projects.
- Provide on-call support for network escalations
- Work with end users (tier 2) as an escalation point for Zscaler client issues.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Create Service Now network change control tickets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in network engineering, administration, or support.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Zscaler ZPA and ZIA solutions, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge and experience with network technologies and protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VPN, NAT, QoS, and 802.1x.
- Experience with network devices and vendors, such as Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.
- A general understanding of cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in the midnight to 8am shift
- Some off hour support may be required
- Travel to the US once a year for meetings
- Certifications in Zscaler, Cisco, Palo Alto or other network vendors are helpful
- Use of the Service Now platform is helpful
- Willingness to work in the midnight to 8am shift : Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts
- Position is strictly in Hyderabad location and it is work from office for 4 Days .
